Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) starting the next business day if you place your order by 16:00 WIB. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Rarely sometimes, a certain product may need up to 10 days to be processed.

 

Shipping Rates

We use premium express worldwide shipping for all orders. We offer FREE shipping for all orders within Indonesia.

 

Taxes

For international shipping only: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Romeo Delauris is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

For Indonesia shipping, the taxes already include on the product price.

 

Order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@romeodelauris.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our worldwide shipping requires a physical address for delivery, so, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the above return instructions upon receipt.
